The Sandman has left the big city and moved to a small town to live a "Normal Life". The problem is that normal for him is rape, torture and murder. With his faithful Cannibal Lolita at his side the two document their mayhem with their own video cameras. Through a series of brutal home invasions the viewer gets a first person view through the eye and mind of two depraved serial killers, who fill the streets with blood and derive new heights of sexual pleasure in the midst of the carnage. Sometimes even playing out their sexual indulgences on top of the dead bodies. No one is safe including two small town cops bumbling around in the wrong place. Investigating the "The Sandbox" (a strip club owned by the killers) they get more than an earful when they come face to face with Cannibal Lolita and the Sandman.
